Melissa detected and removed

David Smith, author of the Melissa macro virus for Microsoft Outlook, was FBI' detected @ Trenton, New Jersey, USA.

AOL and the FBI cooperated in the operation, that is supposed to be an example to all computer criminals, as everyone who has Internet responsibilities, is very committed to bring confidence to the average web user. David can face up to *40* years in prison, and up to 480.000 USD fine! Considering that he was tracked despite his knowledge and that he is "just" an author of a "modest" virus, the whole virus authors' community is very upset...

I consider computer viruses a very severe crime, that deserves no mercy. IMHO it's not like hacking, where everyone, even if at long term, will benefit from the incident, due to the exposure of security holes.

Yugoslavia smashes the last B92

The serbian police @ Yugoslavia, closed the country's last *independent* radio - the B92 station -, last friday. From now on, it will be very hard to receive respectable information from Misolevic's land.
