Ally McBeal was at CNBC's Conan O'Brien show, being interviewed about her latest play, where she does NOT play a vagina. These are her words.
This was the greatest interview I have ever seen on a Conan's show. If you never watched Conan O'Brien before, let me tell you that he is kind of devastating! He is NOT rude to his guests, but he makes fun out of every possible situation, which is something absolutely hilarious and speedy, considering that no interview lasts for more than 10 minutes!
Conan has a great taste, and his show SHOWS everyone who has charisma and runs high on fame. I watched many guests until Ally, such as she could-not-be-more-famous Sarah Michelle Gellar, and he could-not-be-more-resourceful John Travolta... but - I repeat - nothing compares to the laughs I had with Ally McBeal!
For the 1st time, I felt Conan lost the interview to someone. Or maybe he just let it happen, because it was being such a good time. Those were 10 minutes of the most incredible, sexy humour. Just check some of the lines, along with some comments that might explain better why the sentences are funny, for those who - like myself - don't speak english as their first language.

Ally: Well, I don't play a vagina.
[the joke here is that Ally came on top, after Conan's nasty question, who uses an expression that can express "masturbation" == playing with yourself].

Conan [playing innocent]: Sure!

Ally [not quitting]: When?
Conan: I don't know; when do you want me to come?
Ally [replies and absolutely kills Conan]: Commit.

Conan goes silent and out-of-words.
[the joke here is, again, the double meaning expressions can have. "Going to come" == going to ejaculate].
