If your fear with “Firewall” is yet another “Hackers” movie, fear not. This is very much like “The Fugitive”, and – I suppose – that is why Harrisson Ford stars as Jack Stanfield: someone who gets framed…
I also guess that Mary Rajskub choice for the role of “Janet Stone”, is because of her Chloe O’Brian character on the TV Series “24”: the computer geek, on the feminine.
In a single expression, the viewer buys a ticket for a totally conventional Hollywood action flick: and that is good, with a proven record. But what is good, might not be very good, as is the case. It just entertains.
